Problema Modding : bloccato schermata di avvio.

    Salve a tutta la comunity.
    Vi spiego il mio problema. Inizialmente il mio htc one m7 andava in schermata nera. Ho letto vari post su questo forum e mi sono rifatto ad una guida riferica htc m8. Sbloccato bootloader, messo una TWRP 3.0.2-0 e installato BETA-SuperSU-v2.67-20160121175247. Questa è la situazione in cui mi trovo:

    Ho scaricato la rom HTC_One_-_MaximusHD_53.0.0 e seguito la guida. Tutto va a buon fine. Al riavvio dovevo inserire una password per far partire android. Credevo fosse qualcosa della ROM, e non sapendo che password inserire ho fatto un format data, riflashato e non è riuscita la password. Funzionava bene apparte il fatto che non potessi salvare nulla (scattare una foto, scaricare da playstore) uscendo l'errore : "non hai i priviligi per scrivere sulla sd".
    Ho pensato che fosse un errore della rom e quindi facendo i dovuti wipe ho flashato una cm-13.0-20161119-NIGHTLY-m7. Tutto ok, però stesso errore: "non hai i priviligi per scrivere sulla sd". Ho scaricato poi Android_Revolution_HD-One_93.0_ef29f7 e si è bloccato alla scritta grande : HTCONE. Adesso si blocca a quella scritta mettendo qualsiasi ROM. Come posso fare ?

    Ciao, allora per risolvere il problema prova a seguire questa procedura:
    1. Riaccedi alla recovery tenendo premuto il tasto volume - e poi quello accensione.
    2. Una volta in recovery fai tutti i wipe(cache dalvik system e data). Falli 2 o 3 volte consecutivamente. Se possiedi un cavo OTG per collegare una penna USB per flashare la Rom da memoria esterna fai un wipe anche dell'internal storage. In caso contrario no altrimenti elimineresti anche lo zip da flashare.
    3. Riflasha la rom e fai i wipe anche da Aroma installer.
    4. Al termine avvia la Rom.
    5. Per correggere il problema della scrittura su SD INTERNA dal play store installa l'app "EMULATORE TERMINALE"
    6. Apri il terminalene digita i seguenti comandi:
    su e dai invio
    restorecon -FR /data/media/0
    Riavvia il telefono e dovresti aver risolto.

    Innanzitutto grazie per la risposta. Allora ho eseguito i passaggi 1 , 2, poi ho flashato il boot.img con fastboot (preso dalla zip della ROM), 3 (fatto il full wipe con aroma) ,4 e al riavvio il cell rimane bloccato alla scritta grande htcone nuovamente ( ho atteso per 15 min). Ho riprovato ad eseguire il tutto con l`aggunta di un erase cache da fastboot, ma niente rimane ugualmente bloccato.
    Di seguito riporto nel caso dovesse essere utile il LOG e INSTALL

    anche se il tutto mi pare strano, prova a cambiare versione della TWRP anche con una versione meno recente ... ad esempio a quei tempi andava bene anche la TWRP 2.8.6.0

    per curiosità quale Custom ROM hai flashato?

    Grazie per la risposta. Ho scaricato come hai detto la versione TWRP 2.8.6.0, utilizzo la ROM HTC_One_-_MaximusHD_53.0.0. . Ho riflashato ma continua a bloccarsi alla schermata htc ONE .

    Aggiornamento: ho flashato la maximusHD 52 con TWRP 2.8.6.0, non si è bloccato e mi ha fatto proseguire con l'inizializzazione del telefono. Adesso sembra funzionare tutto, non mi ha dato nemmeno il problema dei privilegi di scrittura. Ma come mai è successo questo? Sbagliavo a fare qualcosa? Perchè all'inizio la maximushd 53 è andata poi non ne ha voluto sapure più niente,come anche le altre ROM?

    effettivamente è strana 'sta cosa,
    il mio suggerimento di cambiare TWRP era un tentativo, ma io stesso non ne ero molto convinto in quanto avevi scritto che il primo flash con la TWRP 3.0.2-0 era andato bene e quindi non si spiegava il problema ... ora possiamo solo fare delle ipotesi e leggendo le tue varie operazioni direi che:
    - il problema legato "hai i privilegi per scrivere sulla sd" è stato causato dal Format Data che hai fatto, ed era risolvibile con le istruzioni che ti aveva indicato @Marty27 tramite comandi da Emulatore Terminale ovviamente prima di fare altri flash
    - il problema con il boot potrebbe essere stato causato dal flash della CM13 che evidentemente essendo su Base Android 6 Marshmallow può aver modificato le partizioni di sistema, ma che secondo me si sarebbe dovuto risolvere con un nuovo flash ed un buon Full Wipe, il perchè NON sia accaduto lo ignoro, tra le altre cose le due versioni della MaximusHD che hai usato (v52 e v53) sono su base molto simile e non vedo differenza tale da giustificare la cosa ... mi potrebbe venire un dubbio sulla v53 alle volte si sia potuta corrompere dopo il primo flash ... magari potresti controllare il MD5 dello zip per verificare questa cosa ?!?!?

    Bene, vedo che hai risolto!! La cosa in effetti sembra molto strana però forse come gia detto da @uLtiMo125 il problema era semplicemente che lo zip della prima Rom fosse corrotto e quindi non si installava correttamente!!
    Non mi ero accorta che eri una ragazza, ogni tanto aiutare qualche "socia" fa piacere specialmente se brillante nel modding come te!!!!
