Installazione recovery

Buongiorno,
al termine di una serie di operazioni poco felici mi trovo per le mani un telefono senza sistema che non riesce ad andare in recovery.
Ho letto un pò di conversazioni sul tema e adottato le azioni consigliate ma non hanno risolto il mio problema.
Il tutto è partito da un malfunzionamento dell'applicazione app2sd, la modifica allo script di mount (utilizzando il metodo "alternativo") ha portato il telefono ad avere il problema di "impossibile decrittografare la memoria".
Da lì ho tentato diverse strade ed ora mi trovo in questo mare di lacrime.
La mia situazione è la seguente:

• Modello dual sim VNS-L31
• Bootloader unlocked
• Fastboot accessibile

Ho flashato diverse recovery tramite il multi-tool (sia con il flash recovery che con il flash recovery2) ma, in fase di boot, tenendo premuto il volUP per 3 secondi non succede nulla (il telefono rimane in "your device is booting now...").

Per i posteri:

provando a flashare il firmware ufficiale (estratto dall'UPDATE.APP scaricato dal sito della huawei) ottenevo gli stessi errori descritti QUI.
Ho tentato mille cose finché non ho provato a flashare SYSTEM, RECOVERY, CACHE e BOOT estratti dal file update.zip (citato QUI):

Fatto questo ho risolto, è riapparsa la eRecovery e il sistema ha finalmente bootato.

Interessante.. Stesso problema con p10 lite Huawei.. Provero' presto anche io. Grazie

app2sd sta dando problemi anche a me, oltre al fatto che il cellulare sta diventando sempre più lento ed ha delle "perdite di memoria" (immagini e video che vengono corrotti in galleria).

Vorrei provare a cambiare SO. Come consigliate di muovermi?

 

sono riucito soltanto flashando la stock-rom completa ,con la versione corretta. anche se sembra si stiano verificando alcuni problemi precedenti come chiusura dei programmi appena aperti...vedremo..
