fare un livewallpaper è come scrivere un'applicazione, non credo che esista un modo per caricare flash uhm

 

Come dice c0mrade non puoi. I wallpaper vanno programmati in java, al massimo con qualche aggiunta con l'ndk. Con flash puoi fare app per adobe air, ma é una soluzione che ancora non esiste ufficialmente e che comunque non so se farebbe al caso tuo.

 

Mmm... Flash è ActionScript, credo che la conversione non sarebbe troppo tragica...
Ma il punto sono tutte le librerie di manipolazione grafica che ti mette a disposizione Flash e che non avresti mah
Tanto vale riscrivere tutto daccapo.
