Dispositivo bloccato

Salve a tutti, ho appena effettuato il ripristino del dispositivo come descritto da : Come è possibile ripristinare le impostazioni di fabbrica? (MOTOROLA XOOM 2 MEDIA EDITION) ; al riavvio, non riesco a sbloccarlo.
Qualcuno sa come posso fare per risolvere il problema??

Avevi il blocca schermo con il codice prima di ripristinare?

Ma il touch reagisce? O non funziona? Eventualmente dovresti provare a fare un wipe da recovery, per andarci fai così :" premi power dopo 3 secondi che visualizziamo il logo motorola premere volume giu e scorrere sempre con volume giu fino alla voce "recovery"..confermare con tasto volume su"

 

ok mantengo premuto il tasto power, mi appare l'omino android si mantiene questa schermata (dove potrei cambiare la lingua) per alcuni secondi e poi va alla schermata iniziale con il blocco.

 

Hmm dopo che appare l'omino continui a tenere premuti i tasti? Da li dovresti avere un menù con scritto recovery, bootloader ecc..

 

ora mi è uscita una schermata nera in cui era scritto che il dispositivo e LOCKED.

 

Riesci a postare uno screen?

Da li non puoi scegliere nulla ? Che il device sia locked ci sta se non ha mai sbloccato il boot loader

 

no non posso scegliere nulla,l'unica cosa che posso fare è premere il tasto power, il quale implica lo spegnimento.

Turn on the tablet with power button, wait a full 2 seconds from the time the tablet starts showing the red Motorola logo, then press and hold the down Volume key. (you should not hold down the power button after it turns on and logo appears)

"Android Recovery" will appear on top of screen if timing is done correctly. Release volume button. (if you continue to press volume down at that message, the message will cycle through "RSD, Fastboot, and back to Android Recovery. Make sure message states Android Recovery before you go to next step). If stuck at a RSD protocol or Fast boot screen, reboot the tablet by holding power button then pressing the volume up).

While screen states "Android Recovery", Press volume up button, the screen will say "Entering Android recovery mode" and a few seconds later an Android robot graphic will appear alone on the screen. Release buttons.

Hold down power button and then press the volume up key together to see the Android Recovery screen menu selections.

Use the volume buttons to move up and down through selection in this menu.

Using the volume down button, scroll down to “Wipe data/factory reset”

Tap Power hard key to select option.

Scroll down to select “Yes, delete all user data”.

Tap the power button to select. Wiping and formatting data will take a few minutes.

You will return back to the Android recovery screen menu.

 

non mi fa fare niente, appena esce l'omino mi rimanda alla schermata iniziale, sulla quale vi è scritto SAFE MODE

si, in pratica quello che mi avevi consigliato in precedenza.

 

per poter accedere al recovery bisogna premere contemporaneamente i 2 tasti del volume e quello del power, prima di fare l'accensione e poi ci si muove nel menu con il volume down e si da l'ok con l' up. Ho rifatto il recovery ma sempre la stessa cosa, si blocca alla schemata iniziale. aiuti???
