MerkMod è una ROM personalizzata basata su Omnirom, che porta molte nuove funzionalita' e miglioramenti. è costruita sulla versione di android kitkat 4.4.4​

- ZygoteInit: increase GC threshold amount when preloading to postpone GC.

-requisiti: root/custom recovery KK compatibile/Avere aggiornato il device a JB 4.1.2

-installazione:

*Scaricare la rom

*scaricare le gapps

*Mettere i file zip nella sd card

*Riavviare in CUSTOM recovery

*fare i Wipe: Data Factory Reset/Cache Partition/Dalvik Cache/Format System

*flash rom

*flash gapps

*Riavviare il sistema

*fine.

-complimenti avete installato la rom.

dopo il flash della Rom vi ritroverete con la recovery TWRP, la rom si trova attualmente in stato BETA quindi potrebbe avere lievi Bug. per informazioni varie fate riferimento al thread della Rom sul sito: XDA
