Quando Siete in Custom Recovery TWRP Per Fare i Vari Wipe:

1) NON Fate il "Wipe Internal Storage"

2) NON Fate il "Format Data"

Se Fate uno Di Questi -> Wipe/e Format -> Perderete "TUTTO" cio' Che Avete Dentro la Memoria Interna Del Nexus, e vi Ritroverete il Telefono Vuoto e Senza OS da Installare.

Se Volete Fare uno di Questi -> Wipe/e Format -> Almeno Assicuratevi di Avere un Cavo OTG + una Chiavetta Per Poi Poter Flashare La Rom Da Chiavetta USB Tramite Cavo OTG.

Se Seguirete la Guida Alla Lettera.. Non Avrete Problemi!

-Installazione Rom Da Recovery TWRP:

1) Scaricare La Rom
2) Copiare il file nella memoria del Nexus
3) Avviare il Nexus in Custom Recovery
4) Fare un Full Wipe -> Dalvik Cache/System/Data/Cache
5) Flash Rom e seguire l'Aroma Installer
6) Reboot, Fine.
-Il primo avvio della Rom può durare fino a 5 minuti.

-Aggiornare la Rom Da Recovery TWRP:
1) Scaricare la Rom
2) Copiare il file nella memoria del Nexus
3) Avviare il Nexus in Custom Recovery
4) Fare un Wipe Parziale -> Dalvik Cache e Cache
5) Flash Rom e seguire l'Aroma Installer
6) Reboot, Fine.

-Aroma Installer
- Alla prima schermata premere NEXT;
- Accettare i termini e condizioni con una spunta e premere NEXT;
- Vengono elencate tutte le features, premere NEXT;
- Nuovamente NEXT;
- Ora si ha la possibilità di installare la rom in versione DEFAULT (con tutte le applicazioni standard di Google) oppure su CUSTOM (dove saremo in grado di scegliere cosa installare e cosa no), cliccare su una delle due scelte per proseguire;
NB: per non aver problemi con il servizio exchange, installate ed usate l'app Gmail presente nell'aroma installer.

- Da TWRP: Fare un Full Wipe -> Andare In Mount -> Togliere La Spunta a System -> Flash Rom -> Reboot.
- Il Dirty Flash Della ROM, Sulle Vecchie Versioni Dovrebbe Essere Sicuro, Tranne in caso di Passaggio ad 1 Versione più Recente di Android.
- Cataclysm non Aggiornerà -> La Radio o il Bootloader, Dovrete Farlo Voi.

Mi da' Errore Quando Flasho La Cataclysm:
- Assicuratevi Che i 2 "md5" Corrispondano.
- Non Fate il "Wipe /System" Non "Montate /System". Se l'avete Fatto -> Fate "l'unmount /System" Prima di Flashare la Rom.

Per il Supporto all'adb Remount / init.d scripts / USB_OTG automount:
- Questa Funzione ha Bisogno di Un Kernel Custom, Consultare XDA o Chiedi al Dev Del Tuo Kernel Preferito.

Ho problemi Con Radio/Segnale/GPS:
- Tali Problemi Non Sono e Non Saranno Mai Dovuti Alla Cataclysm.
- Assicurati di Avere l'ultima Radio Disponibile Nella Google Factory Image.
- Qualsiasi Altro Problema è Dovuto Solo a Te e al Tuo Device. Non alla Cataclysm.

Perché il Wifi è Presente Sulle Statistiche Della Batteria, Anche Se è Spento?:
- Google Usa di Default il Wifi per Alcuni Servizi di Localizzazione Anche quando è Spento.
- Vai in Wifi -> Impostazioni Avanzate -> Scansione Wifi Sempre Disponibile -> e Disattivalo da li'.

 

se volete aggiornare la radio piu' il bootloader senza passare dalla Factory IMG stock di google.. potete farlo flashando da TWRP l'apposito file zip che contiene la nuova radio e il bootloader.

Ciao, qualche parere sulla rom?

 

Ma pare dato dal mod Cristian che l ha provata al momento l ha trovata abbastanza acerba e problematica, quindi riservata per uso futuro al momento

 

Io la sto provando da quando è stata postata su xda. Non ho riscontrato nessun bug importante, tolti quelli conosciuti di lollipop. Fluida, veloce, con quelle 2/3 mod che la differenziano dalla stock. Con kernel della ROM va alla grande, devo provare con un custom kernel, forse col Franco.

L'ho provata anche in multirom come primaria con kernel code-blue. Ha avuto anche un guadagno in batteria e rimane fluida e veloce anche sotto stress. Questa ROM è davvero fatta bene, ma non avevo nessun dubbio viste le precedenti versioni.

 

ottimo mi puoi dire quale versione stai usando attualmente? grazie. perchè io provai la prima versione uscita installandola per ben 3 volte e non ti dico che disastro non funzionava nulla... e poi ho risolto con un altra Rom!

 

Io sto utilizzando la versione del 22 ottobre, poi ho fatto volta per volta i flash degli update-packs rilasciati. Ora utilizzo la versione del 3 dicembre. Ma non mi ha mai dato problemi fin dall'inizio.

Salve, Mi sto interessando molto a questa Cataclysm.
Ho però un paio di dubbi ancora e spero nel vostro aiuto.
- Devo per forza formattare anche la sd, o posso mantenere i dati??
- CI sono personalizzazioni anche per l'anello?? Cioè quando trascino il pulsante centrale..
- Ad ogni aggiornamento dovrò formattare o ci sono gli OTA??

ultima ed imporante:: noto che non ci sono personalizzazioni come le status bar colorate o la navbar che si adatta ( stile paranoid) queste cose verranno implementate o è meglio aspettare altro??

ciao allora riguardo alla Cataclysm:

Fare un Backup di tutti i Propri dati sul PC è consigliato, prima di fare qualsiasi cosa!

1) facendo un Full Wipe, i dati Salvati presenti nella memoria interna del nexus NON verranno toccati -> foto/video/musica.

2) come primo flash il Full Wipe è d'obbligo e ovvio perderai tutti i dati presenti nella tua Rom attuale.

3) la Cataclysm a poco di personalizzabile.

4) gli aggiornamenti OTA non si possono fare, vanno fatti manualmente da recovery. (per ora)

5) se verranno implementate nuove funzioni puoi leggerle nel Changelog a pagina 1 che verra' aggiornato in base agli aggiornamenti che usciranno in futuro...

6) Xposed su Lollipop attualmente NON è compatibile perchè non supporta ART.

 

appena flashata la Cataclysm in versione Stable del 5 dicembre, i problemi che ho avuto con le build precedenti sono "spariti" per ora pare funzionare "tutto" la Rom è molto veloce grande fluidita' ecc...

per dare un giudizio finale sulla versione della Cataclysm del 5 dicembre, prima la testero' per bene 2 giorni, poi riportero' un po' di informazioni utili...

 

ROM in prova da ieri notte, si presenta la più personalizzabile su Base 5.0 veramente ottima, fluida e perfetta nessun lag o loop esce con kernel google stock come detto già con busybox robot e supersu implementati, veramente ben fatta la migliore al momento, nessun bug fino ad ora riscontrato

 

Fleshato ieri Franco Kernel, la rom è gia ottima con il.kernel stock ma ho notato miglioramenti un pelino maggiori con il Franco, migliora in termini di risparmio batteria e fluiditá, certo non k sia brutto il kernel stock google della rom, e poi parliamoci chiaro il nexus 5 nessuna rom può metterlo in difficoltá quindi miglioramenti in reattivitá e fluiditá sono poco percettibili

da Recovery prima di flashare lo zip -> controllare dalla voce "Mount" che la spunta sulla voce "System" -> sia' Disabilitata -> poi fleshare l'update della Rom senza fare "Nessun Wipe" -> e riavviare, fine

se è una CWM aggiornata (una delle ultime versioni non dovrebbe darti problemi) senza dubbio la TWRP è decisamente molto meglio, te la consiglio. (gia' testata e provata per flashare la cataclysm)
