FAQ:

Wrong Lock Screen Passcode/Pattern
This is due to incompatibility of old encryption algorithm.
Use TWRP to delete the three files starting with locksettings.db inside /data/system folder.

CPU Frequency Limit
You can use stock pnp.xml to replace the one inside /system/etc folder.

Network Connectivity Issue
Delete 'hosts' file inside /system/etc folder. This is implemented to bypass GFW in China.
